Full refunds will be issued if cancellation requests are received via email by 2/01/2025. Cancellation requests received after this date will be subject to a $30 administrative fee.  No refunds on Sponsorships once you have received any electronic or print recognition.  

All invoice payments and membership dues must be paid prior to conference commencement.
