REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Valley Metro requests interested parties to submit Proposals for West Valley Express, Fixed Route Bus, and Demand Response Service.

Project Overview: Valley Metro is seeking a qualified service provider specialized in providing operations and maintenance transit support for its local fixed route, express, and demand response service in the Western and Southwestern areas of the Phoenix Metropolitan Area.  Demand Response Service includes ADA Paratransit, General Public Dial-A-Ride, Micro transit services, and other public transit services that may be developed and implemented in the future.

Pre-Proposal Conference:

A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on Monday, November 20, 2023, at 10:00 A.M. MST located at 101 North 1st Avenue, Suite 1300, Phoenix, Arizona 85003.

Proposal Date/Time:

Friday, December 22, 2023, by 3:00 P.M. MST. Proposals received after the specified time will not be accepted.

The Request for Proposals (RFP) documents are available or will be available on or about Monday, November 6, 2023. Interested firms may download the RFP documents at Valley Metro’s E-Procurement Website: https://valleymetro.procureware.com/home. A login will be required to submit a response.

Questions regarding this solicitation may be submitted via Valley Metro’s E-Procurement Website, https://valleymetro.procureware.com/home by selecting the clarification tab. Questions will be answered through the E-Procurement Website and are due no less than seven (7) calendar days prior to the specified due date and time.

Valley Metro reserves the right to cancel this solicitation or reject any and all Proposals.
