Valley Metro requests interested parties to submit Statements of Qualifications for EN-23002 Capitol Extension Design Services RFQ.

Project Overview:

Valley Metro Rail, Inc. (AGENCY or Valley Metro), an Arizona non-profit corporation, is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) for Design Services extending current Valley Metro Rail services.   

Pre-Submittal Conference:

A Pre-Submittal Conference will be held on Wednesday, May 17, 2023, 11:00 A.M. MST located at 101 North 1st Avenue, Suite 1300, Phoenix, Arizona 85003.

Submittal Date/Time:

Wednesday, June 14, 2023, by 3:00 P.M. MST. Submittals received after the specified time will not be accepted.

The Request for Qualifications (RFQ) documents are available or will be available on or about Wednesday, April 26, 2023. Interested firms may download the RFQ documents at Valley Metro’s E-Procurement Website: https://valleymetro.procureware.com/home. A login will be required to submit a response.

Questions regarding this solicitation may be submitted via Valley Metro’s E-Procurement Website, https://valleymetro.procureware.com/home by selecting the clarification tab. Questions will be answered through the E-Procurement Website and are due no less than seven (7) calendar days prior to the specified due date and time.

Valley Metro reserves the right to cancel this solicitation or reject any and all submittals.
