Summary

VIA Metropolitan Transit is seeking proposals from responsible firms for comprehensive Advertising and Marketing Services which aligns with VIA’s brand, mission, vision, and strategic plans. Proposals will be accepted until 4:45 P.M., June 27, 2023. A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held via Microsoft Teams at 10:30 A.M., May 17, 2023. Vendors wishing to participate may join by calling in or by clicking the hyperlink listed in Part 1.3.3 Pre-Proposal Conference of the RFP. Upon entry into the meeting firms will be asked to list their name, company name and email address within the meeting chat. All prospective proposers are encouraged to attend.
