At APTA's 2025 Mobility Conference in Austin this week, Texas transit leaders Dottie Watkins of CapMetro, Rich Andreski from Trinity Metro, Eduardo Miranda, Jr. of Houston METRO and SWTA Vice Chair Chris Mandrell of Citibus Lubbock were featured in a general session on transit in the Lone Star state. Great job, crew!
