El Paso County on behalf of the El Paso Area Transportation Services, LGC (also known as the El Paso Transportation Authority or ETA) is looking for 4 people to help jump start this new organization and work with an existing team of 4 individuals. While El Paso County is recruiting for these positions, it should be noted that these positions will formally transfer to ETA in September 2026 and the anticipated start date is mid-Spring 2026. 2026-00044 – Contract Operations Manager will oversee all transit contracts, vanpool contracts, perform transit technology coordination, perform facility management, asset management and safety oversight and have support from the Transit Planner.
