Description Summary:

VIA Metropolitan Transit is seeking bids from responsible vendors for Drug & Alcohol Testing. VIA is hereby soliciting bids for the purpose of retaining an organization to provide the necessary services with all the proper controls and procedures to comply with FTA regulations governing anti-drug and alcohol programs in the transit industry. The term of the agreement is for two (2) years with an option to extend for two (2) additional one (1) year terms.
