Valley Metro requests interested parties to submit Proposals for Printing Services.

Project Overview: Regional Public Transportation Authority and Valley Metro Rail, Inc., ("Valley Metro"), invites sealed proposals for comprehensive printing services across a range of formats, including small, medium, and large-scale print projects, as well as vehicle wrap production and installation stations for an up to five years contract commencing on or about January 15, 2027. This procurement serves the Valley Metro's strategic plan to deliver excellent customer experience by incorporating human-centered design principles and practices, and to prioritize a unified customer experience across modes.

Pre-Proposal Conference:

A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on Tuesday, May 26, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. AZ MST located via Webex, details in OpenGov.

Proposal Date/Time:

Wednesday June 17, 2026 by 3:00 P.M. AZ MST. Proposals received after the specified time will not be accepted.

The Request for Proposals (RFP) documents are available or will be available on or about Thursday, May 14, 2026. Interested firms may download the RFP documents at Valley Metro’s E-Procurement Website:

 https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/valleymetro. A login will be required to submit a response.

Questions regarding this solicitation may be submitted via Valley Metro’s E-Procurement Website, https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/valleymetro by selecting the clarification tab. Questions will be answered through the E-Procurement Website and are due no less than seven (7) calendar days prior to the specified due date and time.

Valley Metro reserves the right to cancel this solicitation or reject any and all Proposals.
