The City of Wichita is seeking proposals from firm(s) for goods and/or services for the City of Wichita Transportation Department (WT). One of the goals of obtaining goods and/or services is to replace/update WT’s aging hardware and software.  Firms are encouraged to submit a proposal for any or all groups identified below. 

GROUP 1: Fixed route transit network planning and scheduling

GROUP 2: CAD/AVL

GROUP 3: Fareboxes

GROUP 4: Paratransit and Microtransit scheduling, dispatching, and reporting software

GROUP 5: Camera Systems

Proposals Due December 12, 2025 10:00 a.m. CT Evaluation December 2025-January 2026
