Valley Metro requests interested parties to submit Proposals for Marketing Services

Project Overview: Regional Public Transportation Authority and Valley Metro Rail, Inc., jointly and severally ("Valley Metro"), invites sealed offers for services and materials on an as-needed basis for Marketing and Advertising Services for an up to five years contract commencing on or about October 1, 2026. This procurement serves Valley Metro's strategic plan by improving customer experience and engagement.

Pre-Proposal Conference:

A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on Monday, April 6, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. MST located at 101 North 1st Avenue, Suite 1300, Phoenix, Arizona 85003.

Proposal Date/Time:

Monday, April 27, 2026 by 3:00 P.M. MST. Proposals received after the specified time will not be accepted.

The Request for Proposals (RFP) documents are available or will be available on or about Monday, March 23, 2026. Interested firms may download

the RFP documents at Valley Metro’s E-Procurement Website: https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/valleymetro. A login will be required to submit

a response.

Questions regarding this solicitation may be submitted via Valley Metro’s E-Procurement Website, https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/valleymetro by selecting the clarification tab. Questions will be answered through the E-Procurement Website and are due no less than seven (7) calendar days prior to the specified due date and time.

Valley Metro reserves the right to cancel this solicitation or reject any and all Proposals.
