Operations Cleaning Services

Valley Metro requests interested parties to submit Proposals for Operations Cleaning Services.

Project Overview: Regional Public Transportation Authority and Valley Metro Rail, Inc., jointly and severally ("Valley Metro"), invites sealed offers for cleaning services to maintain rail operations and maintenance center, vehicles, park and rides, operator facilities, security offices, passenger stations, and construction offices as assigned for an up to five year period with a three-year base term and two one-year options to extend commencing on or about July 1, 2026.

Pre-Proposal Conference

A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. MST located at 101 North 1st Avenue, Suite 1300, Phoenix, Arizona 85003 and via Webex.

Proposal Date/Time:

Monday April 13, 2026, by 3:00 P.M. MST. Proposals received after the specified time will not be accepted.

The Request for Proposals (RFP) documents are available or will be available on or about March 17, 2026. Interested firms may download the RFP documents at Valley Metro’s E-Procurement Website: https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/valleymetro. A login will be required to submit a response.

Questions regarding this solicitation may be submitted via Valley Metro’s E-Procurement Website, https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/valleymetro by selecting the clarification tab. Questions will be answered through the E-Procurement Website and are due no less than seven (7) calendar days prior to the specified due date and time.

Valley Metro reserves the right to cancel this solicitation or reject any and all Proposals.
