Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Legal Services for the El Paso Transportation Authority (ETA)

The El Paso Area Transportation Services, LGC is requesting qualifications from attorneys and/or law firms located in El Paso County interesting in contracting for routine legal services, advice, interpretations, and risk management.

The term of the Agreement will be for three (3) years, with conditions for extension for two (2) one (1) year extension.

Interested attorneys and/or law firms that can practice law in El Paso County are invited to submit a signed proposal in a PDF format electronically to John Andoh, Executive Director, at jandoh@elpasotransportationauthority.org.  The email subject line should be “Legal Services – ETA”.. Submissions will be accepted at any time before 5:00 p.m. on Friday, June 5, 2026., Mountain Daylight Time.

This RFQ does not commit ETA to award a contract or to pay any costs incurred in the preparation of a proposal responsive to this request.  The same email above may be used if there are questions.  Questions will be posted at https://elpasotransportationauthority.org/news/
