Advertising Sales

Valley Metro requests interested parties to submit Proposals for Advertising Sales

Project Overview: Regional Public Transportation Authority and Valley Metro Rail, Inc., jointly and severally ("Valley Metro"), invites sealed offers for performing a full range of advertising sales services including selling, installing, maintaining and managing Valley Metro’s advertising sales program for transit buses, light rail vehicles, and light rail stations for an up to five years contract commencing on or about July 1, 2026. This procurement serves the Valley Metro's strategic plan by increasing financial stability through maximizing revenue generation, including advertising.

Pre-Proposal Conference:

A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on Wednesday, February 18, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. MST located at 101 North 1st Avenue, Suite 1300, Phoenix, Arizona 85003.

Proposal Date/Time:

Thursday, March 12, 2026 by 3:00 P.M. MST. Proposals received after the specified time will not be accepted.

The Request for Proposals (RFP) documents are available or will be available on or about Thursday, February 5, 2026. Interested firms may download the RFP documents at Valley Metro’s E-Procurement Website: https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/valleymetro. A login will be required to submit a response.

Questions regarding this solicitation may be submitted via Valley Metro’s E-Procurement Website, https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/valleymetro by selecting the clarification tab. Questions will be answered through the E-Procurement Website and are due no less than seven (7) calendar days prior to the specified due date and time.

Valley Metro reserves the right to cancel this solicitation or reject any and all Proposals.
