Summary

VIA Metropolitan Transit is seeking responses from qualified Contractors to provide bids for the Purchase of HD-5 Propane Motor Fuel on an as-needed basis. Bid packages will be accepted until 2:00 P.M., March 27, 2026. Bids received after that time and date will not be considered. A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 10:30 A.M., March 3, 2026. Firms wishing to participate may join by calling in or by clicking the hyperlink listed in Part 1.2.2 Pre-Bid Conference of the IFB. Upon entering the meeting, firms will be asked to list their name, company name and email address within the meeting chat. All prospective bidders are encouraged to attend.
