Description

Transit agencies can struggle to comply with required National Transit Database surveys. Challenges include the complexity of survey requirements and manual effort required for trip selection and surveys. These issues are compounded by the lack of real-time progress tracking and paper surveys, resulting in errors and inefficiencies. To address these challenges, ETA Transit Systems developed a new software solution, Tally. This software enables agencies to select sample trips, track progress on an intuitive dashboard, and complete digital map-based surveys for precise data recording. These features aim to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of NTD transit surveys, ultimately improving data quality and ensuring maximum funding.


Christian Londono, Christian G. Londono brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the realm of public transportation as a Senior Customer Success Manager at ETA Transit. With a proven track record of driving client satisfaction and service excellence, Mr. Londono leads initiatives to address the unique needs of transit agencies and passengers. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, including transit authorities and technology partners, Mr. Londono implements customer success strategies aimed at enhancing the overall transit experience.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Londono served as Director of Support Services at Palm Tran Inc., where he oversaw a spectrum of critical functions including information technology, marketing, public relations, customer service, facilities, and security. With nearly a decade of strategic leadership experience, Mr. Londono played a pivotal role in integrating cutting-edge transit software technologies, enhancing operational efficiency, and elevating customer experiences.

Mr. Londono also served as Senior Manager of Performance Management at Palm Tran Inc., where he spearheaded innovative programs such as "Palm Tran Statistics" (PT-Stat) to drive performance improvement and support strategic planning initiatives. With a results-driven approach and a commitment to excellence, Mr. Londono has consistently contributed to advancing the objectives of public transportation agencies, setting high standards for operational effectiveness and service delivery.
