The University of Arkansas is seeking a Training Manager for Razorback Transit to lead the development and delivery of comprehensive training programs for transit employees. This leadership role is responsible for onboarding new hires, coordinating ongoing and remedial training, maintaining regulatory compliance, overseeing driver qualification records, and ensuring safe, efficient public transportation operations. The position also manages the Route Training and Evaluation Program and supports compliance with CDL and Entry-Level Driver Training (ELDT) requirements. A Class B CDL with Passenger Endorsement (or the ability to obtain one within 60 days of hire) is required.
