Provides leadership, vision, and management in developing and operating the Greater Sedona/Oak Creek Canyon Transit System. Establishes strategic plans, fosters interagency cooperation, and secures necessary funding.  Ensures compliance of all laws and community guidelines as they relate to public transportation.  Administers transit operating contracts, including direction and supervision of operations, financial matters, and performance..
