On Tuesday, December 21st, SWTA hosted its virtual Legislative Wrap-Up Party, covering all the key details of the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL)/Infrastructure Investment & Jobs Act (IIJA) and setting the stage for what will be happening in transit legislation in Washington in 2022. SWTA Executive Director Rich Sampson led the session, with SWTA Legislative Committee Chair Eron Linn of DART and Katie Katchel of our D.C. firm Blank Rome LLC providing key context.
