SWTA encourages members to take advantage of complimentary job and procurement opportunity postings.

The South West Transit Association (SWTA) reminds members that sharing employment opportunities and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) through SWTA is a valuable benefit included with membership — at no additional cost!

Whether your organization is recruiting transit professionals, seeking qualified contractors, or announcing an upcoming procurement opportunity, SWTA can help connect your announcement with a network of public transportation agencies, industry professionals, and business partners throughout our eight-state region.

Put Your Opportunities in Front of SWTA Nation

Public transportation agencies rely on qualified professionals, innovative solutions, and strong industry partnerships to keep their communities moving.

SWTA provides members with an opportunity to share:

• Job Openings: Leadership, operations, maintenance, planning, administrative, and other public transportation positions.
• Requests for Proposals (RFPs): Professional services, planning, technology, consulting, equipment, and other procurement opportunities.
• Requests for Qualifications (RFQs): Opportunities to identify qualified firms and industry partners.
• Other Procurement Notices: Relevant contracting and purchasing opportunities supporting public transportation.

By sharing these announcements through SWTA, members can increase visibility for their opportunities and help strengthen connections across the transit industry.

A Valuable Benefit of SWTA Membership

There is no additional posting fee for SWTA members.

This benefit supports agencies looking to recruit qualified professionals and connect with businesses offering transit-related products and services.

It also provides business members and industry partners with opportunities to discover projects, partnerships, and career opportunities throughout the region.
