Public Transit Professionals Encouraged to Reserve Their Spot Early for SWTA's New Leadership Experience in Breckenridge, Colorado

BRECKENRIDGE, CO — The South West Transit Association (SWTA) is excited to announce that registration is officially open for the inaugural SWTA Summer Leadership Lab 2026, and attendees are already signing up for what promises to become one of the premier leadership and professional development experiences in public transit.

Taking place September 14–15, 2026, at the beautiful Beaver Run Resort & Conference Center in Breckenridge, Colorado, Leadership Lab offers a unique, hands-on learning experience designed specifically for public transit professionals. Unlike a traditional conference, Leadership Lab is built around interactive sessions where participants collaborate, solve real-world challenges, and leave with practical tools and strategies they can immediately implement within their agencies.

Registration options provide flexibility for every attendee. Participants may register for Leadership Lab only, combine Leadership Lab with the CASTA Fall Conference & EXPO and the State & Tribal Partnerships Conference, or choose individual days that best fit their schedule and professional development goals.
