The South West Transit Association is excited to announce that the 2027 SWTA Annual Conference & EXPO will take place January 26–29, 2027.

Planning is already underway for SWTA’s signature annual event, bringing together public transit professionals, agency leaders, industry partners, vendors, state associations and transportation leaders from across the Southwest and beyond.

The conference will kick off Tuesday, January 26, with SWTA Board activities and attendee registration and will continue through Friday morning, January 29.

Four Days to Connect, Learn and Move Transit Forward

The SWTA Annual Conference & EXPO is an opportunity for transit professionals from across SWTA Nation to come together to exchange ideas, learn from industry experts, explore new products and technologies, strengthen partnerships and tackle the issues shaping public transportation.

Attendees can look forward to another conference built around the people and organizations moving our industry forward, with educational sessions, professional development, networking opportunities, industry exhibitors and plenty of opportunities to reconnect with the SWTA family.

Program details, sponsorship and exhibitor opportunities, registration information and additional announcements will be released as planning continues.

The destination for the 2027 SWTA Annual Conference & EXPO will be announced soon, and we think SWTA Nation will have plenty to look forward to.
