Expanding Access Through Assisted Mobility

UZURV is an Adaptive Transportation Network Company (Adaptive TNC) specializing in on-demand paratransit and assisted mobility.

The company works with transit agencies, community transportation programs, organizations, nonprofits, and communities to help provide safe and reliable transportation for people with varying mobility needs. Its model combines mobility technology with a network of FTA-compliant drivers to support paratransit and other assisted transportation programs.

For riders, UZURV offers services that can include door-to-door assistance, on-demand and pre-scheduled transportation, and wheelchair-accessible transportation depending on the local program. Drivers undergo screening and training designed to prepare them to assist older adults, people with disabilities, and others who may need additional support while traveling.

For transit agencies, UZURV's platform is designed to provide additional flexibility and capacity for paratransit programs while integrating technology, real-time ride oversight, data reporting, and service delivery. The company currently works with transit agencies and transportation programs around the country.

Supporting the People Who Move Transit Forward

The 2026 SWTA Leadership Lab is designed around investing in public transportation's most important resource: its people.

Through leadership development, legal and regulatory education, workforce conversations, marketing and communications, mobility innovation, and opportunities to learn directly from peers and industry leaders, Leadership Lab gives transit professionals practical ideas and relationships they can take back to their organizations.

Tuesday's programming will bring attendees together for another full day of learning, collaboration, and connection, and UZURV's sponsorship of Tuesday Lunch provides an important opportunity for those conversations to continue beyond the sessions.
