VIA RFP NO. 25-248 ADVANCED RAPID TRANSIT EAST/WEST CORRIDOR RIGHT OF WAY ACQUISITION SERVICES

Description Summary:

VIA Metropolitan Transit is seeking proposals from responsible firms for Advanced Rapid Transit East/West Corridor Right of Way Acquisition Services. VIA seeks to contract with a firm for Right of Way (ROW) acquisition services to perform non-Brooks Act services for the Project. The staff from the selected firm will provide various services including title research, appraisals, appraisal review, land planning and relocation, and serving as VIA's representative during negotiations with impacted property owners. The term of the Agreement will be for three (3) years. VIA may, at its discretion, extend the contract for two (2) additional 1-year terms.
