RFP NO. 2024-RFP-050 DEMAND RESPONSE SCHEDULING SOFTWARE
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Valley Metro requests interested parties to submit Proposals for Demand Response Scheduling Software.
Project Overview: Regional Public Transportation Authority (the "Agency"), invites sealed offers for customer-focused unified demand response scheduling software solution for all current and future demand programs including traditional ADA paratransit, RideChoice (an alternative to ADA Paratransit using community resource providers including, but not limited to Uber and Lyft), route deviated services, and microtransit services for an up to five years contract commencing on or about July 1, 2025. This procurement serves the Agency's strategic plan by optimizing service performance to meet current and evolving regional travel needs.
Pre-Proposal Conference:
A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on Tuesday, February 25, 2025, at 10:00 A.M. MST via WebEx.
Proposal Date/Time:
March 14, 2025, by 3:00 P.M. MST. Proposals received after the specified time will not be accepted.
The Request for Proposals (RFP) documents are available or will be available on or about February 14, 2025. Interested firms may download the RFP documents at Valley Metro’s E-Procurement Website: https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/valleymetro. A login will be required to submit a response.
Questions regarding this solicitation may be submitted via Valley Metro’s E-Procurement Website, https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/valleymetro by selecting the clarification tab. Questions will be answered through the E-Procurement Website and are due no less than seven (7) calendar days prior to the specified due date and time.
Valley Metro reserves the right to cancel this solicitation or reject any and all Proposals.
