Wayfinding map design services

Valley Metro requests interested parties to submit Proposals for Wayfinding Map Design Services.

Project Overview: Agency is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to design and update the Valley Metro system map and wayfinding signage at existing and new rail stations, transit centers, park-and-ride facilities, and select bus stops based on established requirements, public transit schedule data and internal approvals.

Pre-Proposal Conference:

A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on August 18, 2025, at 10:00 A.M. MST via Webex as indicated in the E-Procurement system.

Proposal Date/Time:

September 4, 2025, by 3:00 P.M. MST. Proposals received after the specified time will not be accepted.

The Request for Proposals (RFP) documents are available or will be available on or about Friday, August 4, 2025. Interested firms may download the RFP documents at Valley Metro’s E-Procurement Website: https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/valleymetro. A login will be required to submit a response.

Questions regarding this solicitation may be submitted via Valley Metro’s E-Procurement Website, https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/valleymetro by selecting the clarification tab. Questions will be answered through the E-Procurement Website and are due no less than seven (7) calendar days prior to the specified due date and time.

Valley Metro reserves the right to cancel this solicitation or reject any and all Proposals.
