Description Summary:

VIA Metropolitan Transit is seeking a competent Contractor for Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services used to assist VIA full-time and part-time employees with Counseling and Emergency Services. The program shall refer, consult, follow-up, connect, manage, and educate employees of available resources used to improve their overall well-being and quality of life. The term of the agreement is for three (3) years. VIA may, at its discretion, extend the contract for up to two (2) additional one (1) year option terms.
