Summary

VIA Metropolitan Transit is seeking proposals from responsible firms for the Progressive Design Build Of Fleet Maintenance Annex. Proposals will be accepted until 2:00 P.M., September 18, 2025. Proposals received after that time and date will not be considered. A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held at 9:00 A.M., August 14, 2025, Vendors wishing to participate may join by clicking the hyperlink “Click here to join the meeting” listed below. Upon entry into the meeting firms will be asked to list their name, company name and email address within the meeting chat. All prospective proposers are encouraged to attend. Following the Pre-Bid Conference, there will be a site visit at 11:00 A.M located at 800 West Myrtle, San Antonio, Texas 78212.
