VIA RFP NO. 25-261 STATE LEGISLATIVE SERVICES

Description Summary:

VIA Metropolitan Transit is seeking proposals from responsible firms for State Legislative Services. The Contractor shall advise and assist VIA in maintaining relations with the Bexar County Delegation to promote and protect the interest of VIA. Special emphasis shall be placed on liaison with the Bexar County area House and Senate Delegation as well as with Members and staff of key legislative committees. Additionally, the Contractor shall advise and assist VIA as needed in maintaining relations with other State officials, and governmental entities. The term of the Agreement will be for three (3) years. Following the three-year term, VIA may, at its discretion, extend the contract in writing for one (1) additional two-year term.
