VIA Metropolitan Transit is seeking responses from qualified Contractors to provide bids for Vehicle Lubricants and Coolants. Bid packages will be accepted until 2:00 P.M., August 18, 2026. Bids received after that time and date will not be considered. A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 1:00 P.M., July 28, 2026. Firms wishing to participate may join by calling in or by clicking the hyperlink listed in Part 1.2.2 Pre-Bid Conference of the IFB.

Upon entering the meeting, firms will be asked to list their name, company name and email address within the meeting chat. All prospective bidders are encouraged to attend.
