Valley Metro requests interested parties to submit Proposals for Financial Modeling Software. 

Project Overview: Regional Public Transportation Authority and Valley Metro Rail, Inc., jointly and severally (the "Agency"), invites sealed offers for financial modeling software to track, forecast, and report revenues and expenditures for the transportation system for up to a five years contract commencing on or about July 1, 2025. This procurement serves the Agency's strategic plan by creating long-term financial forecasts to support financial stability. 

Pre-Proposal Conference: A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on February 11, 2025 at 10:00 A.M. MST located at 101 North 1st Avenue, Suite 1300, Phoenix, Arizona 85003. 

Proposal Date/Time: March 4, 2025 by 3:00 P.M. MST. Proposals received after the specified time will not be accepted. 

The Request for Proposals (RFP) documents are available or will be available on or about January 30, 2025. Interested firms may download the RFP documents at Valley Metro’s E-Procurement Website: https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/valleymetro. A login will be required to submit a response. Questions regarding this solicitation may be submitted via Valley Metro’s E-Procurement Website, https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/valleymetro by selecting the clarification tab. Questions will be answered through the E-Procurement Website and are due no less than seven (7) calendar days prior to the specified due date and time. Valley Metro reserves the right to cancel this solicitation or reject any and all Proposals.
