Landscape Services and paver Maintenance

Valley Metro requests interested parties to submit Proposals for Landscape Services and Paver Maintenance.

Project Overview: Valley Metro is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive Landscape Services and Paver Maintenance. The selected contractor(s) will be responsible for preserving the visual appeal, functionality, and safety of landscaped areas and paver surfaces, in alignment with the Agency’s operational standards and community expectations.

Pre-Proposal Conference:

A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on Thursday, July 31, 2025 at 10:00 AM. MST located at Valley Metro Rail Operations and Maintenance Center - 605 S. 48th St, Phoenix, AZ 85034 - Jim Starz Conference Room.  (A Site Visit will follow this Meeting).

Proposal Date/Time:

Thursday, August 21, 2025 by 3:00 P.M. MST. Proposals received after the specified time will not be accepted.

The Request for Proposals (RFP) documents are available or will be available on or about Tuesday, July 15, 2025. Interested firms may download the RFP documents at Valley Metro’s E-Procurement Website: https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/valleymetro. A login will be required to submit a response.

Questions regarding this solicitation may be submitted via Valley Metro’s E-Procurement Website, https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/valleymetro by selecting the clarification tab. Questions will be answered through the E-Procurement Website and are due no less than seven (7) calendar days prior to the specified due date and time.

Valley Metro reserves the right to cancel this solicitation or reject any and all Proposals.
