Description Summary:

THE PURPOSE: VIA Metropolitan Transit (VIA) is seeking responses from qualified Contractors to provide Bus and Vehicle Bulk Lubricants. The Contract Term is two (2) years. Bid packages will be accepted until 2:00 P.M., October 23, 2026. Bids received after that time and date will not be considered. A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 1:00 P.M., September 29, 2026. Firms wishing to participate may join by calling in or by clicking the hyperlink listed in Part 1.2.2 Pre-Bid Conference of the IFB. Upon entering the meeting, firms will be asked to list their name, company name and email address within the meeting chat. All prospective bidders are encouraged to attend.
