Summary 

VIA Metropolitan Transit is seeking a Consultant to provide high level installation and operating costs for cooling the maintenance bays for the VIAtrans Operation Center Maintenance Shop Cooling Consultant Services. Proposals will be accepted until 2:00 P.M., April 30, 2024. A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held via Microsoft Teams at 9:30 A.M., March 26, 2024. Vendors wishing to participate may join by calling in or by clicking the hyperlink listed on Part 1 Page 2, Pre-Proposal Conference of the RFP. Upon entry into the meeting firms will be asked to list their name, company name and email address within the meeting chat. A Site Visit will be held at 11:00 A.M., March 26, 2024, at 4902 Fredericksburg Road, San Antonio, TX 78229. All prospective proposers are encouraged to attend.
